Engineering students take part in the Cloud Computing Hackathon

Around forty engineering students participated in the first Cloud Computing Hackathon organized by the URV and T-Systems through the URV–T-Systems Cloud Computing Chair. Working in teams for 24 consecutive hours, participants developed cloud-based solutions to address real-world challenges using territorial data and Amazon Web Services (AWS). The initiative promoted not only technical skills in cloud computing, but also teamwork, communication, creativity, and problem-solving. Several innovative projects focused on urban management, road safety, and housing information were recognized by the jury.
